How Much Does Corporate Team Photography Really Cost in Brussels?

Corporate photography pricing in Brussels is confusing by design. A quote of “150€ per hour” tells a business owner almost nothing. Does that include editing? How many final images come out of that hour? What happens if the shoot runs long because half the team is stuck in a meeting?

Corporate photography pricing in Brussels typically falls into two structures, and knowing which one a photographer is quoting changes what a business should expect to pay.

Hourly pricing

Hourly rates for corporate and event photography in Brussels generally sit between 150€ and 200€ per hour, usually with a two-hour minimum. This structure suits smaller teams, single-location shoots, or sessions where the exact number of images needed is not yet clear. The catch: hourly pricing rewards efficiency. A team that shows up on time and knows what it wants gets more photos per euro than a team that improvises on the day.

Project pricing

Full corporate team sessions, especially ones covering multiple locations, a larger team, or a full day of shooting, are usually quoted as a project. In Brussels this tends to land somewhere between 550€ and 1,500€, depending on team size, number of deliverables, and how much retouching is included. A twenty-person team needing a website page, LinkedIn headshots, and a printed annual report costs meaningfully more than the same team needing one group shot for a wall.

What actually drives the price up or down

Four factors move the number more than anything else.

Team size. More people means more time spent organizing groups and more individual variation to manage.

Number of locations. A single conference room costs less to shoot than a session moving between three floors of an office.

Deliverable format. A handful of retouched hero images cost less than a full set covering every employee individually, plus group shots, plus environmental portraits.

Turnaround time. Rush delivery, needed within 48 hours instead of the standard week or two, usually carries a premium.

A rough budget guide

A small team of five to ten people, one location, one group shot plus basic retouching: expect the lower end of the range, closer to 550€.

A mid-size team of fifteen to twenty-five people, one location, group shot plus individual headshots: the middle of the range, roughly 750 to 1,000€.

A larger or multi-location shoot with a full deliverable set: the top of the range, 1,200 to 1,500€ or more.

The number that matters is not the hourly rate quoted on a website. It is the total cost once team size, locations, and deliverables are actually defined. Getting that clarity before booking saves both sides an awkward conversation halfway through the shoot.
