Three separate decisions, three separate owners — mixing them up is what usually slows a corporate shoot down.
Who approves the final selection. This should be one person on your side with the final word — not a group review by committee. We deliver a preview selection for approval; if five people need to agree before anything moves forward, that’s the bottleneck, not the shoot itself. Naming one decision-maker before the shoot starts is the single biggest thing that keeps a project on schedule.
Who signs the contract. This can be a different person from the one approving images — often it’s procurement or an office manager, while a marketing or comms lead handles the visual approval. Both roles need to be clear before the booking is confirmed.
Who is responsible for consent from the people photographed. This is the one with real legal weight — under GDPR, using someone’s image commercially requires their consent, and that responsibility sits with your company, not with us. What we do provide: a simple release form template you can use on the day, so consent is collected as people are photographed rather than chased down afterward. If your team already has an internal process for this, we work with whatever you have.
Getting these three questions answered before the shoot — not during it — is what keeps a corporate session efficient.
